ONLINE PAYMENT REFUND POLICY
All transactions processed via SBI e Pay online are eligible for a refund if payment are cancelled for any reason within 24 hours of your transaction. Institute will refund any payment made by error or if the payment is not currently due and creates a credit balance on institute account. Refunds for payments that are correct and made on an outstanding balance will not be refunded unless approved by the Finance Officer. To request a cancellation of an online payment and refund of payment, contact can be made during officer hours 9 am to 4 pm at 080-23086100 extn 222 within 24 hours of your transaction excluding Second Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Online refunds will be processed as soon as it is approved via a credit to your credit card account.
